Mergers and acquisitions or internal reorgs can be tough, but the DevOps best practice of Continuous Delivery can be a foundation which speeds integration and enables success. This session will include tips and perspectives from my experience using automation and continuous delivery to successfully integrate teams at 4 sites across 3 time zones to successfully deliver new product versions and updates.
